General
- By submitting your order you agree to store terms and conditions
- You must be over 18 years old or be accompanied by an adult to place an order
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our own discretion.
- By submitting your order, you are making a contract to purchase
Dispatch time
- Orders will typically be processed and packaged the day they are received and shipped out one to two business days after.
- Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Dealing with errors
- Please check your order when it arrives. Ensure that the part count is correct and that the items are in the condition described. If you are not happy please contact us so we can make the proper adjustments needed.
Returns
- Returns are accepted for any items ordered that upon receipt are deemed to be not as described. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
PayPal Shipping
- All orders paid using PayPal will ship to the PayPal shipping address associated with the account. No exceptions. If you place an order and pay with paypal, we will under no circumstances ship to a different address. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please change your address with PayPal prior to placing your order. Any requests to ship to a different address will result in immediate cancelation of your order, a full refund via PayPal, and a permanent ban from our store.
International Shipping
- For international shipping, we will fill all the custom forms honestly and will not mark items as gift. The package value listed will be the exact price of the order minus shipping.
- Shipping costs do not include any Customs tax and/or duty charged as well as any related fees, that might be incurred in the destination country. This is your responsibility.
